Job Description

A growing technology company is looking to add a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to its Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workday professional to join the team during a major system implementation and take a key role in the ongoing development and optimization of the platform. The HRIS team is preparing for a Workday go-live in October , and this person will become a key resource for post-go-live support, troubleshooting, system enhancements, training, and user adoption. An existing consultant will help with the transition and knowledge transfer as the internal team takes ownership of the system.
What You'll Do:
Configure, maintain, and support Workday functionality Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business teams on Workday solutions Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements Support the Workday go-live, stabilization, and ongoing optimization Monitor integrations and partner with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues Support Workday releases, testing, and system updates Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS Provide functional support and training to HR and business users Maintain system documentation Lead smaller HRIS projects and contribute to larger initiatives
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of HRIS experience 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Workday business processes, security, organizations, calculated fields, and reporting Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred:
Workday implementation experience Experience supporting a Workday go-live Experience with integrations, reporting, and system optimization #RJADM45
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
