Oversee benefits and COBRA enrollment for new hires, including open enrollment and midyear changes. Manage unemployment claims from submission to hearings through our third-party vendor. Support leave of absence administration and workers' compensation claims. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with I-9/E-Verify regulations. Collaborate with the Colombia-based onboarding team to ensure smooth new hire operations. Qualifications of the

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of HR administration or HR generalist experience. Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems and applicant tracking systems. Experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or unemployment claims.
