This role will require the ability to travel to other Massachusetts locations as needed. Your Impact The Human Resources Generalist role facilitates human resources activities to guide employees through the employment lifecycle; including: Onboarding coordination Transactional
  • position & comp changes, file management, review of offers & hire transactions Leave of absence & workplace injury coordination Employee relations
  • investigating incidents/concerns/complaints, conflict management and mediation Coaching & counseling Managers on employee incidents, performance management & progressive discipline Employee engagement
  • Administer New Hire Check-in Program, site visits, employee forums Offboarding activities What You Need Bachelor's degree in a related field.
SHRM or PHR Certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience. Good working knowledge of labor and employment laws and practices. Workplace investigation experience required. Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Why Join Us?

$70,000
  • 76,000 based on experience
