In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help shape our talent management efforts, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence all facets of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations, while promoting a vibrant and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization and understand company policies. Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and regular feedback cycles to support continuous development. Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks, ensuring employees are well-informed about their options and entitlements. Develop and implement strategic workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion. Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment & labor law adherence, workers' compensation claims, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal compliance requirements. Facilitate training & development sessions to enhance employee skills and support career growth aligned with organizational goals. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, change management, project management, and strategic planning. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Dayforce, or Workday; strong skills in Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Familiarity with payroll processing systems like Paychex or ADP; experience handling personnel administration and confidential information securely. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and resolve conflicts professionally. Knowledge of HR sourcing strategies including ATS tools like iCIMS or iCIMS; experience in recruiting across various channels is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks.
