Job Description

This 36‑week contract role supports the Worcester school board as a School Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The analyst designs, implements, and evaluates behavior interventions to improve student outcomes. The position offers competitive pay up to $67 per hour and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data. Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide training and coaching to school staff. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with school board policies and regulations. Participate in team meetings to review student progress. Advise on accommodations and supports for students. Implement evidence‑based strategies to improve behavior.
Qualifications:
School Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. Minimum 1 year of experience with relevant skills. Strong communication and adaptability skills. Ability to pass background checks. Meet facility general requirements. Physical demands as per job setting. Familiarity with EMR systems. Ability to wear scrubs if required.
