Profile Description:

We're looking for a Senior Global Talent Attraction Creative Specialist to serve as the creative design lead for Ford's Global Employer Brand team while leading employer brand content, storytelling, and recruitment marketing initiatives that help talent discover, engage with, and choose Ford across Europe.

Education:
- + Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

- + Portfolio required, demonstrating employer branding, graphic design, visual storytelling, content creation, digital marketing, and creative campaign experience.
- Even better, you may have...
- + Experience working within the automotive, mobility, or a related global consumer brand. + Experience managing external creative or media agencies and vendor relationships. + Experience presenting creative strategy and performance results to senior leadership or cross-functional stakeholders. + Additional European language proficiency.
- Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience.

- This position is a banded salary grade goes upto salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
- Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
