Job Description
Analyst, Human Resources Data Management
We are seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management to support a large-scale transition of ERP and HCM systems to Oracle Fusion. The role will focus on HR data integrity, error log analysis, and transactional HRIS operations across a global footprint. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRIS data operations, international HR governance and compliance, and a proven ability to troubleshoot integrations and maintain accurate employee records during system transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Manage and troubleshoot daily integrations, including SuccessFactors, and perform corrective updates to maintain data integrity.
- Update and correct employee records, including Contingent Worker data, ensuring consistent data across systems.
- Administer tickets in ServiceNow and partner with global HR stakeholders to resolve issues and document outcomes.
- Support HR transactional processes across the employee lifecycle, including hire, transfer, and termination.
- Adapt to evolving project needs, reprioritizing tasks and independently executing day-to-day responsibilities with sound judgment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.
- Strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid understanding of core HR concepts and the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in HR data management.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with Salesforce or SuccessFactors, with preference for Salesforce.
