Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you'll play a vital role in shaping and supporting our organization's people strategies. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead comprehensive HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. You'll be at the forefront of fostering organizational growth through strategic planning, workforce management, and HR process optimization. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and policies. Administer employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to support professional development and organizational objectives. Coordinate benefits administration and assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation delivery. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and HR legal standards. Lead change management initiatives and support organization design efforts to optimize workforce structure. Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management skills while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Skills Extensive experience in human capital management, HR sourcing, and workforce management strategies. Strong project management abilities with a focus on strategic planning, organization design, and succession planning. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo, or Kenexa BrassRing; skilled in Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Knowledge of employment law including FMLA, workers' compensation, affirmative action planning, and regulatory compliance management. Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews, training & development sessions, and employee engagement activities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), OSHA standards, and HR department experience to support comprehensive human resources functions. Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
