HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
The company is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.RESPONSIBILITIES
Specializes in employment services by screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. Administers key HR functions, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, raining, diversity, engagement, leave tracking, payroll, and records. Communicates policies, ensures compliance, and provides support to PM and PdMs. Collaborates with HR staff, manages vendors, and maintains records for regulatory compliance.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 4 years of experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Social Science (4 years of additional experience may be substituted for degree)DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in the DoD HR administration, performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activities; including specifically the areas of: Civilian Human Resource Management, Military & Civilian Manpower Management.SECURITY CLEARANCE
