We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple programs. Key Duties Conduct initial screening of candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate, up-to-date records. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates. Support planning and execution of job fairs and recruitment events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Assist in responding to proposals by identifying suitable profiles and building a pipeline of vetted resources. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience. Previous experience or knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship management with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to support employee evaluations and provide clear feedback. Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques, including cold calling. Exposure to HR systems such as Paylocity or similar platforms. Understanding of internal recruiting processes and best practices.

Schedule:
8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday. No nights, no weekends.
