THE JOB:

As a Workforce Management Specialist at MGM National Harbor , you'll be the mastermind behind smart scheduling that keeps our resort humming. If numbers excite you and solving staffing challenges feels like a win, this role is your jackpot.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Build and manage dynamic schedules using innovative workforce management software to support all departments Serve as the subject matter expert for Workforce Management systems—tracking performance, issues, and downtime Partner closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create efficient labor strategies Design schedules that balance business demand, service excellence, and labor agreements Recommend scheduling improvements and develop new staffing models to drive efficiency Ensure compliance with all legal, legislative, ethical, and equity requirements Process daily schedule activities including leave requests, call‑outs, and adjustments Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon Rates, ASA, and AHT Deliver S.H.O.W. service fundamentals to all internal customers in a collaborative, supportive environment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is: $23.00 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
