Build and manage dynamic schedules using innovative workforce management software to support all departments Serve as the subject matter expert for Workforce Management systems—tracking performance, issues, and downtime Partner closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create efficient labor strategies Design schedules that balance business demand, service excellence, and labor agreements Recommend scheduling improvements and develop new staffing models to drive efficiency Ensure compliance with all legal, legislative, ethical, and equity requirements Process daily schedule activities including leave requests, call‑outs, and adjustments Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon Rates, ASA, and AHT Deliver S.H.O.W. service fundamentals to all internal customers in a collaborative, supportive environmentTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
