Are you an HR detail oriented who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle? A respected healthcare organization in Towson is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to support employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting efforts, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management Assist with employee relations investigations and conflict resolution Coordinate onboarding, benefits enrollment, and offboarding activities Maintain HRIS and personnel records Support performance management and compliance initiatives Assist with recruitment and hiring activities Why Apply?
