Part-Time, flexible hours Position Overview The Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting client and community outreach efforts and assisting with recruitment initiatives. This role focuses on marketing, relationship-building, and sales-oriented outreach to increase awareness of programs or services and drive engagement. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct community outreach through phone calls, emails, in-person events, and virtual platforms to educate partners about available mental health services Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including schools, healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders Support referral coordination by responding to inquiries and providing accurate, timely information regarding services, eligibility, and intake processes Represent the organization at community events, informational sessions, and outreach activities Assist with the development and distribution of outreach and educational materials (e.g., flyers, emails, informational packets, approved social media content) Track outreach and referral activities using spreadsheets or designated agency systems, ensuring accurate documentation Provide administrative support related to outreach and referral efforts as assigned Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards when engaging with community members and partner Qualifications Experience in community outreach, referral coordination, healthcare support services, or community-based work preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills Comfortable engaging with diverse populations and community partners Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and online platforms Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person events as needed (if applicable) Ability to engage respectfully with diverse populations and community partners Preferred Skills Experience managing referral networks and building strong relationships with community partners Ability to engage with clients, patients, or stakeholders in a service-oriented and clinically informed manner Knowledge of community resources and experience connecting individuals to appropriate programs or services Bilingual or multilingual abilities to support diverse populations Experience working within nonprofit, educational, healthcare, or community-based organizations Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills to ensure clients and partners receive timely information Additional Information Hours may vary based on outreach and recruitment needs Other duties may be assigned based on organizational needs
