•Job Description

•This position provides a broad range of administrative support for the Human Resources Management including, but not limited to, maintaining personnel filing for active and archived employees, distributing and tracking of COBRA information, enter payroll bi-weekly, tracking of licenses, certification, new and current staff trainings, preparing mass mailings, data entry, composing and preparing letters, creating excel spreadsheets, and transcribing meeting minutes. Must have good communication skills and be comfortable working closely with all staff throughout the Agency including senior leadership. Experience in excel, word, and outlook required plus be able to type 60 wpm. Exceptional organization and multitasking skills. Hourly Salary - $20.00
