Human Resources Associate _________________________________________________________________________________ Company Overview R.M. Position Overview The Human Resources Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with recruiting, benefits administration, employee records, HR compliance, leave administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, this role helps ensure a positive employee experience while supporting key HR programs and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding. Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics. Support internship recruiting and identify new sourcing strategies. Benefits and HR Administration Assist with employee benefits, 401(k) administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and HR reports. Support compliance activities, including ACA reporting, audits, and employment verification. Employee Relations and Department Support Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist with leave administration, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Manage job descriptions, HR policies, and employment documentation. Support special projects and other Human Resources initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of Human Resources, recruiting, benefits administration, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws preferred. Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
