Human Resources Generalist:

You'll be: Assisting in resolving employee relations issues, addressing conflicts, performance concerns, and workplace behavior Tracking and following up on employee complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate responses Collaborating with HR leadership to align employee relations with organizational culture and values Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Organizing and promoting employee engagement initiatives like wellness programs, recognition efforts, and surveys Communicating HR updates and policy changes to employees clearly and promptly Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and workforce development initiatives Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and coordinating communications Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information and compliance with data privacy regulations Facilitating onboarding and offboarding tasks including benefits enrollment, policy review, orientation, exit interviews, and documentation Serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, procedures, and HR matters Administering employee benefits programs, supporting leaves of absence, and assisting with payroll processing Reviewing and verifying timekeeping records and resolving payroll-related inquiries Supporting compensation programs in alignment with organizational policies and agreements Performing other related duties and special projects as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have an Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent education Bring at least two (2) years of professional human resources experience in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR planning, policy development, HRIS, and employee data systems Possess knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Are skilled in using personnel-related software programs and databases; experience with applicant tracking systems preferred (Colleague by Ellucian is a plus) Can maintain a high level of confidentiality and work cooperatively and courteously with a diverse group of employees, applicants, and the public Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and solid organizational abilities 10384736 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
