Marketing & Communications Specialist, Partnership and Workforce Wayne State University
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to develop content for print, web, presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media. Ability to build collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, university leadership, and external partners. Experience managing websites, content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital communications. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing and communications technologies. Experience with graphic design, photography, videography, analytics tools, and emerging communications technologies preferred.

Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience Intermediate (3 to 4 years job-related experience) Requires three to four years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, public relations, digital communications, or a related field. Experience in higher education, nonprofit, workforce development, or public sector communications is preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
