This is a hands-on, highly visible leadership position with a lot of variety. In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, this role plays an important part in recruitment, community outreach, marketing, and telling the Grandvue story. We're looking for someone who understands HR—but also brings creativity, initiative, and fresh ideas to the table. What You'll Do You'll work closely with the Administrator, Department Heads, and employees to: Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, retention, and employee engagement efforts. Oversee benefits, leave programs, payroll coordination, and compensation practices. Support labor relations, including contract administration, grievances, and collective bargaining. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, facility requirements, and collective bargaining agreements. Coordinate policies, job descriptions, employee orientation, and regulatory documentation. Develop creative recruitment and retention strategies and represent Grandvue at job fairs, community events, and other outreach opportunities. Help promote Grandvue through marketing, social media, community relations, and other creative communication efforts. Participate as a member of the Leadership Team and support organizational initiatives, budgeting, and governing board responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for an HR professional who is: Experienced and knowledgeable in human resources, employment law, and employee relations. A strong communicator who can build relationships with employees and leaders at every level. Organized, thoughtful, and comfortable handling confidential and sensitive situations. Experienced with payroll and benefits administration; healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred. Creative and willing to think beyond traditional HR approaches, particularly when it comes to recruitment, retention, and promoting Grandvue. Comfortable working independently while also being an active member of a leadership team. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of progressively responsible HR or related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Why Grandvue? Grandvue is more than a workplace—we're a community. Our employees make a difference every day in the lives of the people who live here, and this position has a unique opportunity to influence both our workplace culture and how Grandvue is seen in the community. If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, values relationships, has a creative side, and wants the opportunity to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
