Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to employee and manager HR inquiries, providing accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave programs, and employee life-cycle processes.
Coordinate and administer employee onboarding, new hire orientation, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding activities.
Conduct exit meetings and support separation processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Process and maintain employee transactions within Workday and other HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR partners when necessary.
Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment, eligibility questions, and benefits-related inquiries.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Create, update, and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.
Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and workforce data to support business decision-making.
Perform root-cause analysis to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site-level HR events.
Partner with HR teams and Centers of Excellence to support HR projects, audits, compliance activities, and organizational initiatives.
Provide backup support for HR activities during peak periods, vacations, and special projects.
Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, or employee support services.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Other QualificationsExperience working in Workday and/or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).Exposure to employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, or HR operations.
SHRM-CP certification, SHRM certification in progress, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
Experience creating HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions that improve employee experience and HR operational effectiveness.
