You do need to be curious, coachable, dependable, and interested in helping people. The best Florists are people who can teach cannabis without making customers feel stupid, sell without being pushy, and take their work seriously without taking themselves too seriously. We're looking for people who care about the details, care about their coworkers, and care about making every customer feel welcome.
