Job Overview We are currently looking for an Associate Human Resources Support Specialist to join our team onsite in Holland, MI. As an Associate Human Resources Support Specialist , you will serve as a front-line member of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team, providing essential operational support across multiple HR functions. In this role, you will respond to HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate HR documentation, prepare reports, and support key areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. The HRSS team helps employees navigate HR services, and collaborates closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders. This position also requires leading new employee orientation sessions, presenting to medium-sized groups, and representing HR in a professional and confident manner. Essential Functions Assist with various HR tasks, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating mailings, and Swag/Apparel purchases. Lead New Employee Orientation sessions or other presentations in front of medium size groups while representing HR in a professional and confident manner. Assist with HR events, such as benefits enrollment, Member Appreciation Day, and Service Awards. Respond to HR inquiries from employees and candidates, directing complex questions to appropriate personnel. Assist with maintaining HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Utilize HR systems, such as applicant tracking systems and HRIS, to support HR processes. Process purchase orders for HR-related expenses. Assist in creating a positive employee experience by providing timely and helpful support. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
