Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems such as UKG Ready, managing applicant tracking systems and conducting interviews to identify top talent. Facilitate comprehensive employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture. Administer employee evaluations, performance reviews, and development plans to promote continuous growth and engagement. Oversee benefits administration processes including FMLA management, workers' compensation claims, and benefits enrollment to support employee well-being. Manage HR legal compliance by staying current with employment & labor law regulations and ensuring adherence across all HR practices. Support change management initiatives by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and strategic planning projects. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining accurate data entry in HRIS system for workforce management and reporting purposes. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with a strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, personnel administration, and HR sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platform in UKG Ready. Familiarity with multi state employment law including FMLA regulations, affirmative action planning, and regulatory compliance management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis, Word documentation) and UKG Ready. Strong communication skills paired with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations. Experience with training & development programs, performance management systems, and organization design initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using project management techniques while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
