APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, travel arrangements, onboarding activities, meetings, orientations, and other HR-related logistics.

Track requisitions, approvals, hiring activity, workforce initiatives, and organizational data while maintaining accurate HR dashboards and reports.

Prepare HR metrics, presentations, data summaries, and other materials to support leaders with workforce and business decisions.

Support HR process digitalization, SharePoint and document management, employee engagement activities, and responses to routine employee inquiries.

Manage administrative and financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking, and related documentation.
Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED3+ years of experience in administrative, recruiting, HR1+ years of experience in coordinating interviews, schedules, and calendars for multiple stakeholders1+ years of experience in creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel1+ years of experience in managing confidential employee or candidate data
What Sets You Apart:
Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationBachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business AdministrationDemonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience using Workday, an applicant tracking system (ATS), or other HR technology platforms.

Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations processes.

Experience developing workforce, recruiting, or operational metrics reports and dashboards.

Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Experience supporting a high-volume, multi-site, or global organization.
