In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help us attract top talent, develop employee capabilities, and optimize workforce management to support our organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence all facets of human resources operations, from talent acquisition to employee relations, while promoting a vibrant and inclusive work environment. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through HR systems such as ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes including employee orientation. Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration processes to ensure employees receive accurate information and support regarding health plans, retirement options, and other perks. Oversee employee evaluation procedures and performance management initiatives to foster continuous improvement and recognize high performers. Facilitate training & development programs, including organizational design and succession planning efforts that align with strategic planning objectives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA, workers' compensation regulations, affirmative action planning, and HR legal compliance standards across all HR activities. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Support HR department functions by utilizing HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft for data collection, data entry, payroll processing, and reporting analysis using Excel data analysis tools. Skills Extensive knowledge of human resources management principles including workforce management, human capital management, and talent management strategies. Proven experience in change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and adaptability. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills to effectively handle employee relations, conduct interviews, and facilitate training sessions. Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as ATS platforms (Kenexa BrassRing), HR systems (Dayforce, Oracle HCM), and payroll processing software. Deep understanding of employment law in talent management contexts along with regulatory compliance management practices. Competence in using Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel for data analysis—and familiarity with HR legal compliance standards. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while demonstrating strong organizational design capabilities.
