Administrator to support a six-week Contract assignment in Bloomington, Minnesota within the machinery manufacturing industry. This role will focus on learning system administration, survey and engagement data management, and timely execution of key HRIS-related project work. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday Enterprise Learning experience, sound judgment in handling sensitive data, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, IT, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead the extraction, organization, and movement of historical survey information to support required data migration activities within established timelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare engagement and exit survey records for secure transfer into Prism, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and properly archived. Retrieve and preserve multiple years of historical survey data while following defined confidentiality, security, and data governance standards. Prepare files for upload and validate information prior to transfer, partnering with IT on technical dependencies related to system configuration and setup. Generate learning-related reports from Workday and analyze training data to support operational and project needs. Establish, update, and maintain learner rosters, course assignments, completion tracking, and recurring reporting for learning programs. Provide day-to-day administration for the learning management environment, including issue resolution, user support, and maintenance of training records.
