Impact A Collaborative and Flexible Environment Position Summary:
2nd Swing is looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Recruiter to support recruiting administration, candidate processing, onboarding, and general HR activities. This role will primarily focus on ensuring candidates move smoothly from offer acceptance through their first day, with a strong emphasis on utilizing UKG Pro and UKG Ready to manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee data. This is a temporary, in-office position at our corporate office in Eden Prairie, MN.Responsibilities:
Coordinate candidate processing from offer acceptance through start date. Utilize UKG Pro and UKG Ready to process candidates, manage onboarding, maintain employee records, and complete HR transactions. Prepare offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and pre-employment documentation. Initiate and track offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate candidate and employee information within UKG and other HR systems. Communicate with candidates and new hires regarding onboarding steps, paperwork, and start-date details. Coordinate new hire onboarding and first-day logistics with hiring managers and internal teams. Ensure new hires have the information, resources, and support needed for a successful first day. Provide general HR administrative support to employees, managers, and the HR team. Assist with employee records, reporting, and HR projects. May assist with additional programs such as workers' compensation claims and HR projects.Required Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or golf industries. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience recruiting for golf, retail, warehouse, or corporate positions. Experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Ready required. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk in an office environment.Compensation:
$25- $35 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications.
