Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Evaluation & Due Process Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Forest Lake, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Why Join Us Competitive pay ($45-55/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You'll Do Conduct student evaluations to determine special education eligibility Analyze assessment data and prepare compliant evaluation reports Participate in IEP meetings and explain evaluation results to teams and families Monitor timelines for evaluations, re-evaluations, and documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and administrators What We're Looking For Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Active Minnesota Special Education license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4) Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
