This individual will capitalize and build on their Labor Relations experience with the three collective bargaining agreements as well as their leadership skills with a team of four individuals. A portion of the key accountabilities include: Lead and shape Mia's HR strategy, alongside senior leaders and managers Lead and guide employee relations and labor relations efforts Oversee key HR functions including benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and compliance Use HR data and employee feedback to identify trends, improve employee experience, and support informed business decisions Lead and develop a talented HR team and strengthen HR processes, systems, and operational effectiveness Help Mia navigate change and growth And much more!
The ideal candidate will have:

Pay:
