Human Resources Supervisor Job Summary:

The Human Resource Specialist serves as a member of the Human Resources team which plans, directs and coordinates the human resource functions for the staff of the district. The Human Resource Specialist performs and supports various human resource services.

Qualifications:

A two-year post-secondary degree is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of professional experience consistent with the responsibilities of the position.

Benefits:

Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Professional and Technical Personnel and Chaska School District 112. This position is not eligible for overtime and comp time.
