Organize, plan, and present various skills training for employees through instructor-led and virtual environments.
Support the organization by building partnerships both internally and externally. Analyze program effectiveness using various assessments, surveys, and other forms of feedback.
Keep current with learning and development trends.
Perform other related duties as required.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to learn and use a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Practical experience with learning management software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 is a plus.
Previous years of experience preferred.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-first professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for building training content, supporting day-to-day training logistics, and facilitating learning experiences across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people learn.Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain training materials across formats (e.g., participant workbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, and video-based content)Work closely with the Training Manager to receive content direction and translate it into clear, engaging, and repeatable learning experiences. Keep training materials organized, version-controlled, and always current. Support day-to-day administration of LMS, including course uploads and learner enrollment, serving as a frontline resource for access questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed.Organize, plan, and present various skills training for employees through instructor-led and virtual environments.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
2+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, and project management. Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively convey information to a variety of audiences.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to learn and use a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
