Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Recruiting Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys helping people succeed. The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, and ongoing candidate care for high-volume contract and contract-to-hire openings across entry

  • to mid-level roles.

This position combines talent acquisition, customer service, relationship-building, and technology fluency, with opportunities to support direct hire recruiting as experience grows. Our firm uses modern, AI-oriented recruiting technology to identify, engage, and match qualified candidates with the opportunities our clients entrust to us. This position is fully onsite in St. Louis Park, MN and is ideal for a recruiter who values collaboration, accountability, hands-on execution, and the energy of a high-volume staffing environment.   • to mid-level contract and contract-to-hire roles Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting platforms Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, reliability, culture fit, availability, and career alignment Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring and rapidly changing client needs Partner with Sales Associates to understand client environments, job requirements, priorities, and hiring expectations Prepare and present clear, accurate candidate submittals aligned with client expectations Candidate Onboarding & Relationship Management Guide candidates through interviews, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, placement, and post-start follow-up Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process Create a positive candidate experience while setting clear expectations regarding roles, schedules, pay, and next steps Support successful starts and retention by identifying concerns early, resolving issues, and following through on commitments Client Service & Team Partnership Fill and service client orders efficiently while balancing speed, quality, compliance, and candidate experience Communicate updates, challenges, and solutions proactively with Sales Associates and leadership Maintain a client-first, solutions-focused approach that reinforces

STAFF's reputation for service excellence Technology & Systems Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, onboarding steps, and performance Leverage recruiting technology, automation, and digital workflows to improve efficiency, visibility, and results Bullhorn experience is strongly preferred Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business Administration, Talent Acquisition, or a related discipline 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably supporting high-volume entry

  • to mid-level hiring Demonstrated ability to source, engage, interview, and guide candidates through multiple active processes Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders High level of comfort with recruiting technology, sourcing tools, Microsoft Office, and digital workflows Ability to manage multiple openings, priorities, deadlines, activity goals, and follow-up commitments simultaneously Job Details Onsite•St.
