Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Human Resources Representative to join our Human Resources Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like:

The Human Resources Department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms, career expos, and community events. As a Human Resources Representative, you will be: Managing high-volume employee and new hire transactions, reports, and administrative processes. Coordinating identification badge creation, access requests, referral bonus processing, and onboarding support activities. Supporting employees, supervisors, applicants, and visitors through responsive customer service and problem resolution. Tracking referral bonus reports and compliance-related documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining organized employee records, filing systems, and confidential HR documentation while balancing multiple competing priorities.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred

Experience:

At least 2 years of customer service experience in a receptionist role or HR experience preferred

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability. This is a fun, fast-paced, and high-volume position!

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
