Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Cashier/Human Resources professional to join our team. This role combines essential cashier responsibilities with HR functions, requiring a candidate who can manage back office transaction oversight while supporting personnel administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, payroll management, and handling confidential information, ensuring smooth operations across both domains. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our organization's efficiency and employee well-being through effective financial and human resources management. Responsibilities Handle daily cashier duties, including balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation. Manage personnel administration tasks such as employee record keeping, onboarding, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis related to HR and financial records. Support HR department activities, including employee benefit administration and compliance documentation. Perform general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and internal audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and financial information in accordance with company policies. Contribute to the smooth operation of internal accounting processes and HR functions by collaborating with relevant departments. Requirements Proven experience in HR department functions, including personnel administration and payroll management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis purposes. Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Knowledge of employee benefits administration and general accounting practices such as ledger reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and internal audits. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Prior experience in cashier duties preferred but not mandatory.
