We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist - Employee Relations who enjoys helping employees and leaders, solving problems, and navigating challenging situations with confidence and good judgment. What You'll Do | Make an Impact The following are key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Partner with management to promote positive employee relations and support effective performance management.- 2. Advise supervisors and managers on coaching, corrective action, performance concerns, employee development, and other employee relations matters.
- 3. Respond to employee questions and provide guidance regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and available HR resources.
- 4. Provide guidance and support related to conflict resolution, workplace concerns, performance issues, and employee relations best practices.
- 5. Conduct and/or support workplace investigations, including gathering information, interviewing employees and management, documenting findings, and making recommendations consistent with company policy and applicable laws.
