Job Description
Position Overview The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, evaluating, and interviewing qualified candidates for various positions and levels. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinates each step of the new hire process from recruitment to the first day of employment ; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Develop and implement short-term and long-term hiring plans based on operation's standard staffing requirements. Manage internal and external job postings and advertisements through for all open positions. Will act as a representative of Human Resources and QWP while building working relationships with both internal and external departments, organizations, and networks. Meet performance objectives as defined by key performance indicators Analyze data relevant to recruiting and retention to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Prompt and regular attendance at an assigned work location. Ability to interact with employees and customers in an appropriate manner. Availability on site to confer with staff members with whom the employee must interact on a regular basis. Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating via email and preparing reports and work schedules using Paycom , MS Office, and Microsoft Teams software. Ability to review and analyze data and information concerning recruiting and retention metrics. Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor recruitment activities . Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner. Supervisory Responsibility No direct management or supervisory responsibilities . Safety Observe safety and security policies and procedures , including proper use of Personal P rotective E quipment including but not limited to eye and foot protection and report potentially unsafe conditions during visits to the production floor. F ollow department-specific safety requirements during prolonged visits to the production floor such as Hearing Protection or Dust Masks . Travel Approximately
