Onsite in Hannibal, MO. CK Power Family of Companies is looking for a Recruiter/Human Resources Representative at our Hannibal, MO location. In this role, you will provide plant-level recruiting and human resources support. What You'll Do:
Plant-level Human Resources representative and point of contact between plant employees and CK Power Human Resources Shared Services. Support basic benefits administration and employee relations. Conduct onboarding, plant tours, and introduce new employees to the plant. Conduct full-lifecycle recruitment for plant positions with the support of the Recruiting team. To include job postings, actively sourcing candidates, screening candidates, coordinating onsite and virtual interviews (participating as needed), and presenting job offers. Community Relations - Attend job fairs, as well as community and school events to drive recruitment and advertising for the CK Power Family of Companies and the local plant. Serve as a proactive, supportive team member, building relationships with plant employees, to include regularly walking the production floor and interacting with all team members. Support all CK Power Family of Companies and Human Resources policies, programs, and initiatives. Assist with training and safety initiatives. Support and assist with Leave Management communications and documentation. Track and report relevant KPIs. Conduct exit interviews. Keep yourself informed about the latest developments and trends in Human Resources and recruitment. Participate as an active member of the Human Resources and Recruiting Teams.
What You'll Need:
Current
PHR/SHRM CP
certification or desire to pursue HR and Recruiting Certifications. College or equivalent experience a plus. Experience participating in the recruitment process preferred. A positive, proactive approach to Human Resources, recruitment, training, and safety. Strong communication skills. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality while maintaining an approachable demeanor. Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing facility a plus. The above list is non-exhaustive.
