MANAGES NA POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, performance management, compliance, employee engagement and wellness. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, oversees HR systems and processes, and drives initiatives that enhance employee well-being, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support long-term talent planning. Updated by Rebecca Phoenix Date 8/11/25 Primary duties and responsibilities: Overseerecruitment,selection, and onboardingprocesses. Manage recruitmentandselectionand onboarding processes through ADP. Train and coach leaders in talentacquisitionbest practices. Conduct new hire orientation & work with supervisorsto create new hire trainingschedule. Leadstaff development, training, and performance management initiatives. Coordinate use of learning management platforms. Administer Clifton Strengths assessment; provide 1-1 and team coaching andmaintainteam document. Lead ongoing leadershipand emergingleadersdevelopment Ensure staff complete development plans and discuss with supervisors Refineand implementsuccession planningstrategies. Maintain and ensure compliance withHR policiesandstaff records. Monitor and improveemployee safety protocols. Annually reviewwith leadersand updatethecybersecurity/disaster recovery plan. Conduct and analyzeexit interviewsfor organizational improvement. Maintain andcoordinateupdates fortheEmployee Handbook. ManageHR systemsto streamline administrative processes. ADP, Nectar,Organimi,Calendly, monday.com Coordinate employeebenefits. Leadwellnessinitiatives. Foster positiveemployee relations;investigateandresolve workplace concerns. Work with BBB leaders in developing an effective organizationalculture. Execute and fulfill assignments outlined in theannual strategic plan. Assistwith other projects as needed by the executive team.
