Human Resource Generalist - Full Time Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO, that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. We are proud to extend the mission of SGCMH by putting people first with excellent, personalized, and compassionate healthcare. Our deep community roots date back as the oldest town west of the Mississippi river and is the first French settlement Missouri with the hospital employing approximately 400 employees and 100 multi-specialty providers on staff. Human Resource Generalist:
Provides HR services in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: benefits administration, employee relations, leave of absence management, onboarding for providers/leaders, general HR customer service and orientation Planning and coordination of special events promoting employee recognition/engagement Routine salary administration Processes unemployment and workers compensation claims Maintains employee records in a manner that is compliant with regulatory bodies as well as consistent with organizational standards Assist with all aspects of the talent acquisition and employment process, from initial application and onboarding through employee separation
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required 2 - 3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role Prior experience in healthcare human resources preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Your next move: Now that you know more about being the Human Resource Generalist on our team, we hope you'll join us.
