Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for HR technology platforms, primarily UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Kronos). This individual will be responsible for system administration, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and process optimization across HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping functions. The ideal candidate has strong HRIS experience, advanced reporting capabilities, and hands-on expertise supporting UKG environments. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management (Kronos).
- Experience supporting HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping processes.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot HRIS and workforce management issues independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of HR data governance, compliance, and workforce analytics.
