Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HR technology platforms, with a focus on UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Kronos). This individual will be responsible for system administration, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong UKG experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of HRIS experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management (Kronos). Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management processes. Strong HRIS troubleshooting and system administration experience. Advanced reporting, analytics, and Excel skills. Experience supporting system testing, upgrades, and configuration changes. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple business functions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Experience with payroll configuration, labor distribution, accruals, and workforce data structures. Experience creating dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Cognos, SQL, or similar platforms. HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP.
Manufacturing or multi-site workforce experience. Experience supporting HRIS implementations, integrations, or process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of HR data governance, compliance, and workforce analytics.
