Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused team member to support our recruiting and sales team. You'll handle scheduling, skill marketing, onboarding, and timesheet collection so the team can focus on placing talent and winning business.
Hours:
M-F, 8:30a-4:30p Key Responsibilities Recruiting and Sales Support/Onboarding Post openings to job boards and the ATS Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and clients Manage new hire onboarding including drug test, background checks, I-9s etc. Assist the sales rep with client follow-ups and order intake Prepare candidate submittals and client paperwork Track open job orders and maintain client records in the CRM Skill Marketing Write concise, confidential candidate summaries that showcase skills and experience Build target lists of clients and prospects by skill set, industry, and location Log client responses, pass warm leads to the sales rep, and track marketing results Payroll Support/Administrative Collect weekly timesheets from employees and client supervisors Follow up on missing or incomplete timesheets before payroll deadlines Create and manage social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Respond to candidate and client questions by phone and email Document candidate/employee correspondence Required High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ year of administrative, customer service, or coordination experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and ability to manage weekly deadlines Computer proficiency and experience with with Microsoft Office Discretion with confidential information Staffing, HR, or recruiting experience helpful but not required
Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
