Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their growing team in Morrisville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, supporting employees day-to-day, and helping build stronger HR processes. The ideal candidate brings a background in construction or a related industry and is comfortable working on-site with a close-knit team.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
• Coordinate recruiting, candidate communication, and hiring activities
• Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience

HR Generalist Requirements:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, required
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom or similar systems
• Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support Perfered
• Experience in construction, land development, or a related industry is a plus
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus
