Job Description

Human Resources Generalist Human Resources opportunity located in Mt Airy, NC On-site position; 5 days a week We are looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team and support our onsite team in Mt Airy, NC. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including local hourly production recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a production environment and is passionate about helping employees thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide internal support and partner with functional managers to deliver the required human resources services and solutions that align with business goals. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives. Support Operation Leader with health and safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. Support HR leadership with various projects, including policy updates, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 4+ years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

Workforce Now experience is a plus. On-site position; 5 days a week
