We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to lead talent acquisition/onboarding and support the day-to-day operations of our HR function. In this role, you will partner with management to lead the talent strategies for a high-performing workplace. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for both employees and supervisors.Compensation:
Salary range is $95,000-$110,000/annually, plus bonus potential. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.What You'll Do:
Work with leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisitions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Coach supervisors on performance management, corrective actions, and employee communication. Support performance review cycles. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and integration of new employees. Support company workplace safety and training coordinating with the Safety & Compliance Supervisor. Manage compliance reporting, recordkeeping, and interactions with external agencies as needed.What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a lead role for talent acquisition. Previous HR experience in the Construction, Heavy Equipment, or Manufacturing environment preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR required Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong level of professionalism and confidentiality.Why You'll Love Working Here:
