Summary:
Provides a full range of human resources administration support to the Director of Human Resources and HR Specialist for an 34-county mental health substance abuse provider for approximately 850 employees. Primary responsibilities of this position will be coordination of orientation for all new employees, assisting all centers with recruiting efforts by actively looking at new recruiting tools, posting job information with colleges, NC Security Commission of Unemployment, monitoring all intern contracts and processing any internship agreements, monitor 401 terminations and assisting with audits/ compliance in various locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting efforts for all locations including posting of positions with local colleges, NC Works On-line and monitoring of internal applicants to make recommendations to managers on positions. Assist with orientation training including all of HR training, coordinating/scheduling, assisting other trainers as needed and securing necessary paperwork Monitors and process all internship request. This includes maintaining list of all colleges with internship contracts, securing approval for new contracts, receiving and processing all internship request including background checks and all documentation Assist with all HR audits in all locations. This includes both internal, external and new hire audits to ensure compliance of all staff Audits all invoices for benefits to ensure correctness of billing. Processes various invoices received by HR department Any other duties assigned by HR Director Education and/or
Experience:
Must possess at least a High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years' experience in office environment. Prefer minimum of 1-year experience working in the human resources field.
