Has strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. Is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and handling the day-to-day work. Follows up consistently and holds themselves and others accountable. Communicates clearly and keeps managers informed of progress and issues. Can move from identifying a problem to taking action quickly. Is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Balances sound HR judgment with a practical, business-focused approach.
