JOB SUMMARY
Supports talent development initiatives through the coordination of learning programs, talent management processes, and employee development activities. Administers learning systems and tools while helping promote employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A
working knowledge of human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience; and Two years' experience in LMS administration support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers and maintains the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and a positive user experience. Coordinates, develops, and facilitates training programs and learning initiatives to support employee development and organizational goals. Administers talent assessment tools, including Personalysis and 360-degree feedback processes, and provides support for assessment-related activities. Coordinates employee engagement survey activities, including survey administration, communications, and reporting support. Supports talent review and succession planning processes by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and assisting with follow-up actions. Assists with the administration of the performance management process, including timelines, communications, training, and reporting. Develops and maintains internal learning content, resources, and job aids to support employee and leadership development. Coordinates and administers leadership development programs, including participant tracking, scheduling, materials management, and program logistics. Maintains accurate records and reports related to learning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Administers leadership development program. Supports talent development and organizational effectiveness projects and initiatives. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of learning and development principles, adult learning concepts, and talent management practices. Experience administering learning management systems (LMS) and maintaining accurate learning records and reporting. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities. Experience coordinating training programs, workshops, or employee development initiatives. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and report data related to learning, engagement, and talent programs. Ability to build effective working relationships with employees, leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Experience supporting employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, or leadership development processes. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with talent assessment tools such as Personalysis, DiSC, Hogan, CliftonStrengths, or 360-degree feedback platforms. Knowledge of employee engagement survey platforms and reporting. Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training sessions. Familiarity with organizational effectiveness, change management, or talent review processes.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Salary:
$63,990 - $79,990 Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 14% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Background check, MVR and drug screen are required. Required to maintain a valid driver's license. Requires minimal travel (up to 10%) including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plane with overnight stays.
