We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to help create a seamless, supportive experience for our team members from hire to retirement.
Pay & Schedule Pay Range:
$25.00 - $30.63 per hour (based on experience and education)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm What does Hillcrest have to offer? As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll be a key player in the team member lifecycle: Maintain and organize team member files with accuracy and confidentiality Manage team member data in HRIS systems (Dayforce) including benefits and education records Assist team members with benefits enrollment, questions, COBRA, and billing Support offboarding processes Support FMLA and leave of absence processes Assist with worker's compensation and unemployment claims Prepare and distribute monthly HR and operations reports Continuously improve processes and documentation within the department What should you bring? High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 2 years of experience in HR, benefits, ADA required Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfort using HR systems and technology efficiently Ability to remain calm, flexible, and professional in stressful situations Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Why Hillcrest?
