We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our organization by supporting employees throughout their journey from onboarding and benefits enrollment to payroll administration and ongoing HR support. You will work closely with leadership and staff to help maintain a professional, collaborative, and service-oriented workplace culture. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing employee interaction with operational excellence and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. What You'll Do As our Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both employees and leadership throughout the employee lifecycle. This position combines relationship-building with operational excellence and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating the onboarding process to create a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires from offer acceptance through orientation Supporting recruiting efforts by posting positions, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and helping departments attract top talent Managing pre-employment processes including background checks, employment documentation, and I-9 verification Serving as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and HR procedures Processing payroll and maintaining accurate timekeeping records with a high level of attention to detail Administering employee benefits including enrollments, qualifying life events, leave administration, and open enrollment support Maintaining confidential employee records and supporting compliance with employment laws and organizational policies Partnering with leadership on HR initiatives, process improvements, and employee engagement efforts What We're Looking For We are looking for a professional who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional employee support.
Successful candidates will bring:
Experience in Human Resources, payroll, benefits, or HR administration Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred, or similar HR certification 2+ years of experience in HR administration with emphasis on payroll and benefits. Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems preferred Why Join Us?
