What You'll Do You'll help create a positive employee experience while ensuring essential business functions are completed accurately and efficiently. Human Resources Responsibilities Recruit and source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting resources Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with department leaders Complete pre-employment and background screening Lead new hire onboarding and orientation Partner with managers to support employee engagement, development, retention, and performance Process leave of absence requests and support employee relations Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements Assist with employee communication, recognition, and culture initiatives Payroll Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on schedule Receive, verify, reconcile, and process invoices Ensure payroll processes remain compliant and efficient Qualifications We're looking for someone who is collaborative, dependable, and passionate about supporting both employees and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of Human Resources/Payroll experience Healthcare experience preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems A positive, customer-service mindset and commitment to teamwork Make an Impact Every Day At Wayne CountryView , you'll do more than process paperwork.
